Volunteer

Thanks for your interest in volunteering for NYS Baroque! Please complete the form below to get started.

We sometimes need help with the following tasks.

Please check any that appeal to you.

General

I’d like to help plan/execute occasional, small receptions.

I’d like to help hang posters about upcoming concerts in places I go.

I’d like to hand-out postcards about NYS Baroque’s season to others.

I’d like to contribute ideas to expand outreach in our community.

At Concerts

6-6:30pm – I’d like to assemble programs before concerts.

6:30-7:30pm – I’d like to greet people, take tickets, and help with seating. (Conflicts with pre-concert talk)

6:30-7:30pm – I’d like to help sell tickets as people enter. (Conflicts with pre-concert talk)

6:30-7:30pm – I’d like to help check people off will-call lists as they enter. (Conflicts with pre-concert talk)

3:30pm-3:15pm – I’d like help move harpsichords before concerts. (Guidance provided)

9:30pm-9:45pm – I’d like help move harpsichords after concerts. (Guidance provided)
